Q. Must I sign for the goods ?
A. Yes, As the goods are classed as hazardous they must be signed for.

Q. I want to buy a Pond Kit, what size do I buy?
A. Use our calculator (click here) to calculate the surface area of your pond.
You should then buy the next available size, so say for example your Pond Surface Area is 18m², you should buy a 20m² kit. For a full range of our Pond kits click here.

Q. What is the difference between Topcoat and Gelcoat ?
A. Gelcoat is not a finishing coat; it is painted onto moulds/plugs and remains tacky after it cures. Resin and Glass are generally applied on top of the Gelcoat.
It forms the hard, smooth shiny surface of the finished article and is usually pigmented. It paints on easily but does not drain from vertical surfaces.
Use Topcoat if a finishing paint is required.

Q. What is the lead time on Coloured Topcoat and Gelcoat ?
A. We have 2 sets of colours, Coloured 7 Day Lead Time and then we have standard colours Black, Green etc. Standard Colours are ususlly dispatched the following working day.

Q. Should I use different materials on Flat Roofs. ?
A. Yes, we recommend a flexible resin and a fire rated Topcoat be used.

Q. How much resin do I need ?
A. Work out how much Glass you have by weight and multiply by 2.5. i.e. for 2kg of mat you will require 5kg of resin. Alternatively use our

A. Add 2% by weight, i.e. 1kg of resin requires 20g of catalyst. Alternatively use our

Q. How is the final cost of my order calculated?
A. (Product Price + delivery) + VAT at 17.5% = total cost

Q. When will my order be despatched?
A. Generally, all orders are sent out the following working day. If there is a problem with your
order you will be notified by email.

Q. How are the delivery costs calculated?
A. The cost of the delivery is calculated according to the weight of the order. All items are despatched by courier
with the exception of small items, which are sent via Royal Mail. See below for our carriage prices
