Delivery:
Currently we only ship to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic Of Ireland.
Contact us for a price if you require delivery to any of the following postcodes: HS, IV, KA(19+), KW, KY,PA(20+),PH(9+),IM and ZE, or
if you are in the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles, Channel Islands or the Scottish offshore islands.
The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout, it is based on the weight of your order. The amount will be shown
before you commit to payment. Delivery is normally to your door by a tracked courier, so if you have any concerns
about your delivery we can identify where it is and when it will be delivered.
The earlier in the day that we receive your order, the better chance we have of despatching it on the same
day. Normal delivery times for the UK vary from 1 to 4 days (depending on delivery location) once despatched. If for any reason your delivery is
delayed, we will contact you by email to keep you updated.

0kg to 10kg : £6.95
10kg to 20kg : £7.95
20kg to 30kg : £12.00
30kg to 60kg : £20.00
60kg to 75kg : £30.00
All Deliveries must be signed for. If the delivery fails twice because we are unable to hand over the parcel for signature or there is no
additional information to help the carrier, the parcel will be returned to the local carrier depot and you will
receive a card from them asking you to call. If you do not call or contact Fibreglass Direct + 44 (0)28-41753738
or info@fibreglassdirect.co.uk, the parcel will be returned to us after 5 working days and we will have to charge you for
the cost of the second delivery.

Returns:
If you are not 100% happy with your product, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of
purchase for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The refund will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned goods
using the original method of payment. The goods must be returned in their original condition. Returning the goods
is at your own expense and is non-refundable. If items or packaging have been used or damaged we reserve the right
to apply a re-stocking or repair fee and this will be deducted from the refund.
