If you are lining the inside of the tank, then we would recommend below
You might scuff the entire surface and brush it out and clean it with acetone. If looking to reinforce, then apply a new layer of 450g matting with Lloyds-approved resin and consolidate well, ensuring no creases, air pockets, or dry spots. To have a finer finish, apply 1 layer of 30g surface tissue on to wet laminate and again gently roll until free of creases, air pockets, etc. Allow to cure, then sand to key. Brush off and clean with acetone. Mix and apply a new layer of Topcoat. Then allow to cure for 4 days, then rinse with light soapy water. Rinse off and refill for use.
