Fibreglass is the material of choice for lining fish ponds, It is resistant to weathering and temperature variations and is non-toxic to fish. The finished, water-tight topcoat surface is smooth and easy to clean and maintain.
Coloured topcoats can be applied, particularly black or dark green, which enhances the look of Koi swimming against a dark background.
We recommend G4 sealer when lining your pond. G4 sealer is not included in our kits but is available to buy as an optional extra.
Please note the Resin and Topcoat contained in this kit require catalyst addition to cure (set). Failure to add catalyst will result in the material not setting.
