The TriRoof Polyurethane Roofing Topcoat is a one component; moisture triggered elastomeric urethane coating specifically developed as a high-performance waterproofing membrane topcoat for use on roof surfaces. The TriRoof Polyurethane Roofing Topcoat is to be used with the TriRoof Polyurethane Roofing Basecoat for the full waterproofing membrane system.

Applications
The TriRoof Polyurethane Roofing Topcoat is designed for use in applications where a seamless waterproof system is required on structurally sound roof areas. It is recommended that the product is applied at +5 to +35°C.
System Application
A coat of the TriRoof Polyurethane Roofing Basecoat should be laid at a coverage rate of 1.2 L/m2 with 225gsm chopped strand matting embedded into the material. Once the base coat has reached a suitable overcoating window, a coat of TriRoof Polyurethane Roofing Topcoat can be applied at a coverage rate of 0.75 L/m2 for a 15-year system, 1.0 L/m2 for a 20-year system or 1.75L/m2 for a 25-year system.
Curing
The TriRoof Polyurethane Roofing Topcoat should be allowed to cure for a minimum 8 hours at 19°C prior to overcoating. The cure time will be extended at low temperatures and low humidity.

Warning! Persons already sensitised to diisocyanates may develop allergic reactions when using this product. Persons suffering from asthma, eczema or skin problems should avoid contact, including dermal contact, with this product. This product should not be used under conditions of poor ventilation unless a protective mask with an appropriate gas filter (i.e. type A1 according to standard EN 14387) is used.’ Protective gloves to be supplied with this product.
