FibreGlassDirect has built a solid online business since 2009, although the company has decades of experience in the offline fibreglass industry. During this time, FibreGlassDirect has developed a solid relationship with our customers through consistently delivering what we promise - quality goods, delivered quickly at great prices.

To keep a fair and balanced approach to any reviews left on our website, FibreGlassDirect use a third party called 'Trusted Shops' to collect reviews. Prior to becoming a member of Trusted Shops, each prospective company must undergo a strict audit to ensure its compliance with consumer law. Keeping on the right side of the law is something which we take extremely seriously and will always abide by any legislation in existence.

Whilst it is fantastic to receive such positive reviews, we appreciate sometimes things can not go as expected. We endeavour to do everything within our power to rectify any issues which arise, however, sometimes it is beyond our control. The most important thing we can do is address these issues and work to get a satisfactory resolution for the customer. After all, without our customers, we have no business.

Outcome: Upon liaising with our courier company, we were able to track down the delivery. As the majority of our goods are hazardous, they require a signature on delivery. On this occasion, there was nobody available at the customers address to sign for the goods. After scheduling a new time with the courier, the customer received their order in full.
 
Customer concern: "No they are very costly with post £20 every time it is a rip off."
Hi, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately as your postcode is in the Scottish Highlands this incurs an extra delivery charge. This is beyond our control as this is what our courier charges to deliver. As our Topcoat goods are considered hazardous they must be sent with a specialist courier rather than Royal Mail for example. Once again, thank you for your feedback. Kind regards,FibreGlassDirect.
Outcome: The postage charges outlined on FibreGlassDirect are dictated by our courier company. Unfortunately, postcodes in the Highlands are subject to increased carriage. We are continuously working with our carriers to provide fair charges to our customers. Unfortunately, by law, hazardous goods are only delivered by specialist carriers and this often makes it more expensive to deliver in comparison to non-hazardous items.
