The promoter of this competition is Tricel Composites (NI) Limited, trading as FibreGlassDirect, 4 Milltown Industrial Estate, Greenan Road, Warrenpoint, Co.Down (hereinafter referred to as “FibreGlassDirect”) unless otherwise stated.
Participation in FibreGlassDirect competitions denotes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any additional competition-specific terms and conditions which may be advertised. Any person found to be in disregard these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified automatically.
The competition will run from Friday, 14th of October to Monday, 12th of December inclusively. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, 13th of December.
Unless stated otherwise, competition entrants must be over 18 years of age and residents of the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom to qualify as the prize winner.
Eligible entrants must enter by making an online purchase through fibreglassdirect.co.uk to the value of £200 ex.VAT.
Neither FibreGlassDirect nor its affiliated entities are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to FibreGlassDirect promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction.
Use of a false name, address or supply of inaccurate information by a competition entrant will disqualify them from winning or receiving any prize.
In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this competition, FibreGlassDirect reserves the right to terminate this competition, amend these terms & conditions, or disqualify any entrant.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of FibreGlassDirect will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
The winning entrant will be selected randomly from all complete online orders above the specified value threshold. Refunded or cancelled orders will not be included.
There will be 1 winner of a smart TV to the value of £400 available for purchase through currys.co.uk or a voucher for the same amount, also for www.currys.co.uk
The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided on their order. The winner’s name will also be announced on our social media channels.
FibreGlassDirect will endeavour to deliver the prize to the winner within 30 days of winning. Where this is not possible the winner will be notified.
Where a prize is to be provided by a third party, FibreGlassDirect accept no responsibility for the supply, non-supply, or purported delay in the supply of the prize including the failure of the winner to receive ownership of or use of the prize.
Unless otherwise stated, all taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Acceptance of the prize by the winner constitutes permission for FibreGlassDirect to publish their name, for advertising and publicity such media as FibreGlassDirect may choose without additional compensation. Any personal data relating to competition entrants will be used by current Irish data protection legislation. Entrant’s contact details and any other information provided by the entrant will be collected, stored and processed to administer and assess promotion and will be retained by FibreGlassDirect for a reasonable period after the competition closes to assist FibreGlassDirect in fulfilling the promotion and to deal with any queries on the promotion.
Neither FibreGlassDirect nor its agents accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will FibreGlassDirect have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in any Tricel Construction competition or connection with any of the prizes rewarded.
FibreGlassDirect reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.
This promotion is governed by the law of the United Kingdom and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner. There will be no cash substitute for the stated prize. If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control, FibreGlassDirect reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value or change prize details without notice.
